What People Say

Most Liked

The burgers at True Burger are frequently celebrated for their freshness and flavor. Diners rave about the True Classic and Pub Burger, both heaped with fresh lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes, creating a satisfying bite.

The chicken tenders get almost universal praise—juicy and never dry, they are a delicious alternative to burgers. The onion rings have a crunchy exterior that pairs well with any dish, complementing the meal perfectly.

Most importantly, it's the affordability of the menu that earns true admiration. With dishes ranging from $10 to $20, it’s hard to find such quality at that price, especially in an airport setting. People appreciate getting a good portion for their money, making the trip worthwhile.

Most Disliked

Despite the positive reviews, not all feedback is glowing. Some visitors express disappointment with certain dishes, criticizing them for lacking true flavor and freshness. Instances of finding bones in chicken tenders have raised concerns about food safety.

Additionally, there are mentions of inconsistency in the quality of the fries. Patrons note it can be hit or miss regarding portion sizes, which has drawn some frustration, particularly from those expecting a hearty side that fits the meal.

A few reviews highlight experiences with unappetizing elements like artificial cheese sauce or overly processed options, leading some to question the authenticity of the food offerings. Far from the 'true' taste they expect.

Not sure if the menu changed, but the burgers we had were really good fresh lettuce, pickles, tomato, the whole thing tasted super fresh. The sauce and patty were seasoned just right. Only downside I bit into a tiny bone in the meat luckily my teeth survived😂 The onion rings and fries were great too.

Looking at the reviews, kinda glad we didn't get the burgers. The chicken tenders (very tasty, not dry at all), sweet potato fries and chowders are all fantastic. Or maybe we just came at the right time (7pm) when they weren't swamped...

Only thing that tasted real was the little packet of pepper. Really gross food masquerading as "True??" I got a stomach ache before I finished eating. Fake cheese "sauce" instead of cheese, preservatives and sugars galore, not sure the fries were real, looked like some of that extruded liquid crapola? No pickles or relish. I was worried the "True" sauce might be too spicy but no. It was completely tasteless. In the so-called Capitol Hill Food Court but, man, Capitol Hill used to have good food, not fake food. Corporations getting in to business for money, not food and definitely not for people. They should have to eat this food all their lives; no doubt short lives, absent taste or nutrition in their salt patties. And the poor people who work there. How awful for them to work in such an unhealthy atmosphere and to have to prepare crap non food all day. Horrible. Sad. Tragic, really. Hope they chant or meditate or something. Free the people and bring back real food.

Definitely one of the better places to eat at the airport as far as food to price ratio goes. The hotdog combos are great, but The solo order of fries is hit or miss as far as amount of fries go. I've never felt like it's too little food for what I'm paying compared to other places and the prices in the airport.

Everything was good here. It costs because it's at the airport. Not sure what everyone else was talking about.

Cozinha aberta, carne grelhada na hora á nossa vista, preço razoável para aeroporto, chili delicioso. Hambúrguer estáva delicioso.
